How Mayser supported me during my training
Mayser gave me continuous support from the start of my training. In order to find suitable advanced training, clear goals and mid-term opportunities were defined. I was able to gain experience and to develop skills in the interesting and multi-faceted department “Foam Technology Development”.

Additional support after completion of my training
After my training, a lot of people put their confidence in me. As a result of internal reorganisation measures I was first assigned the responsibility for “Foam Technology Development and Prototyping”. From there I switched to Sales, where I took charge of the “Sacrifice Mat” product group right away. In addition to attending to existing customers, another focus is on the fascinating realm of new customer acquisition in Eastern Europe and the USA. I was given plenty of leeway for development here.

What I got out of my training
Materials science and process technology are aspects of the training from which I still benefit greatly today. Because a good sales employee knows and understands not only the technical properties of “his” products, but also the customers’ processes.

Why I love my job
I can identify very strongly with Mayser, the company processes and the products. That is why I feel very confident and at ease during customer visits. Also, with the help of my supervisors and fellow employees I can expand my technical knowledge on a daily basis for future use in contributing to Mayser’s success.
