The collection and provision of “Insights data” (https://www.facebook.com/business/a/page/page-insights) takes place within the scope of responsibility of Facebook. Facebook is responsible for compliance with the rights in the GDPR. As the operator of a fan page, Mayser GmbH & Co. KG has no influence over the collection and provision of this data. The processing of relevant personal data is carried out exclusively by Facebook.

The type and scope of your information provided to Facebook, the related purposes of the data processing, and their legality, as well as information on exercising your rights can be found in the data guideline, as well as other information provided by Facebook for processing of “Insights data”.

We receive from Facebook via the “Insights” function (https://www.facebook.com/business/a/page/page-insights) statistical data about the visitors to our Facebook pages and use the anonymised data provided on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR. This function helps us to better analyse our pages and adapt them to the needs and interests of our visitors.
