How would you describe your role at Mayser in one sentence?
As a machine setter, my work mainly consists of planning our orders and resolving any issues that arise in our processes.
What makes Mayser special as an employer in your eyes?
What I find special about Mayser is that the concerns of employees are taken seriously and that there is always an attempt to find a good solution for everyone.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my work at Mayser is the variety of tasks, the new challenges and working with the whole team.
If you could choose anything, what would you implement at Mayser?
I particularly appreciate the good communication and cooperation between departments in the company and hope that this will continue.
What kind of work makes you lose track of time?
When planning production orders, time just flies by for me. It's a chance to show off my organisational skills and time management abilities.
Do you have a philosophy of life?
‘Nothing comes from nothing’ describes my attitude quite well. In order to achieve goals in life or, for example, to maintain friendships, you always have to invest your own energy. If you never contribute anything yourself, you shouldn't be surprised when success fails to come.
What is the best way for you to relax after work?
After a day at work, I relax best when I cook something delicious at home.
