I ensure that Mayser meets the highest standards in all management systems, both in the automotive and non-automotive sectors, and remains capable of facing the future.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I look forward to making changes – whether through process improvements, audits or customer feedback. As an internal auditor, I particularly appreciate always being able to remain neutral and professional, which leads to real, positive change within the organisation. I also really enjoy playing both roles, as an auditor as well as an auditee.
What kind of work makes you lose track of time?
When I'm working on innovative process improvements or developing new definitions to achieve sustainable developments. These tasks require deep concentration, and time tends to fly by.

If you had time, what kind of volunteer work would you do?
I would like to get involved in vocational training and mentoring to promote young talent and support them in achieving their career goals. Sharing knowledge and experience allows me to make a positive contribution to the development of the next generation.
What is the best way for you to relax after work?
I like to relax by taking short trips to new destinations. This activity allows me to clear my head, reduce stress and recharge my batteries.
